PAYMENT TERMS FOR SOCIAL GROUPS

1. Group Code

• Book a room and pay a US$400.00 deposit
• Contact the Unique Travel Corp. Groups Department for “Group Code”
• Use group code to hold booked rooms together
• Add any additional rooms by calling the Reservations Department at 1.800. SANDALS or add online no later than 60 days prior to arrival.

The Group Code booking option can be used for social group bookings of 5-25 rooms. Group Codes must be issued and entered into room reservation no later than 60 days prior to arrival.

Group codes can be used up to a maximum of 25 rooms at the below resorts:

Sandals Montego Bay, Sandals Royal Caribbean, Sandals Ochi Beach, Sandals Negril, Sandals South Coast, Sandals Royal Bahamian, Sandals Emerald Bay, Sandals Grande Antigua, Sandals Grenada, Sandals Barbados, Sandals Royal Barbados, Sandals Grande St. Lucian, Sandals Regency La Toc, Beaches Negril, Beaches Ochi Rios, Beaches Turks and Caicos.

Group codes can be used up to a maximum of 15 rooms at the below resorts:

Sandals Royal Plantation

Sandals Halcyon

Grande Pineapple Negril

2. Contract Option (10-25 rooms)

• A 10 percent deposit and a signed contract are required to reserve the total number of rooms listed in the contract.
• A 2nd deposit in the amount of 35 percent is due ninety (90) days prior to arrival.
• Final payment, along with a final rooming list and flight information is due forty-five (45) days prior to group arrival at the resort.

CANCELLATION TERMS

• Room cancellations before 91 days or more prior to arrival are not subject to penalty.
• Room cancellations between 90 to 75 days prior to arrival, the 10% deposit becomes non-refundable.
• Within 74 - 46 days prior to travel, 45% of the full room revenue will be charged for any cancellation.
• Room cancellations within 74 to 46 days prior to arrival, 45% of the full room revenue will be charged.
• Any cancellation or "NO SHOW" within 45 days prior to arrival will be charged a 100% penalty of the full room revenue.
