  • Court certified final divorce decree (if applicable).

  • Government issued death certificates with related marriage certificates (if applicable).

  • Residency requirement (48 hours*)

  • Government / Administrative fee (US$535.00)

*the 48 hours residency requirement means that couples can apply for a marriage license in Grenada 2 days after arrival (offsite, allow 1‐3 days for processing). In Grenada the day of arrival, weekends and public holidays are included in the residency period.

  • Marriage license and administrative fee (US$440.00)

*the 48 hours residency requirement means that couples can get married in Barbados 2 business days after arrival. In Barbados the day of arrival is included in the residency period, but weekends and public holidays are not. Couples must go offsite to obtain application for marriage license.

  • Original Birth Certificate with an Apostille/legalization from Netherlands embassy or designated competent authority in your country of residence for bride & groom in long/complete form only (not older than 1 year).

  • Original Divorce Decree with an Apostille/legalization from Netherlands embassy or designated competent authority in your country of residence, if applicable for bride & groom (not older than 6 months). Government / Administrative fee applies (if applicable).

  • Original Death Certificate with an Apostille/legalization from Netherlands embassy or designated competent authority in your country of residence, for either one or both of you are a widow/widower, you need to provide the relevant documents (death certificate), not older than 6 months (if applicable).
